Eurasian Robin perched on a barbed wire fence.
I got a little carried away with Whitethroats today, mainly cos I don't know when I'll see them again
Must have seen 20 of these this afternoon. It's a bird I've only ever photographed once before.
Common/Greater Whitethroat
My fave woodpecker, the Green Woodpecker.
Saw a pair today grabbing insects from the short trees and shrubs.
Bumped into a Short-toed Snake Eagle yesterday. It was resting up in a tree. I don't often get to see eagles in trees, usually they are flying, so it was a nice surprise.

A couple of photos of a Bewick's Swan from this afternoon
One of the most expressive birds you can photograph.
The always happy Graylag Goose
