On Saturday, thousands of women from across 16 cities in Québec including Montréal formed a human chain to protest Trump and Elon Musk.
Protesters chanted “shame on you” on the doorsteps of the U.S. Consulate. It was one of more than a dozen demonstrations held across Quebec to mark International Women’s Day and denounce the American government’s attacks on women’s rights and Canada’s sovereignty.

So much fun & sun & FLINTA friends at the Purple Ride on Saturday: a queer feminist bike demo through Berlin-Kreuzberg. Being loud and taking back the streets together to protest against patriarchal structures in all areas of life - from bodily autonomy to transport policy - felt empowering.
These guys who ask under every post about #IWD why "there is actually no Men's Day" ... I've blocked a few of them now. 
(Think twice if you want to become blocked, too.)
I'm ***so*** fed up with the steps backwards for us women after over a century of struggle. For such guys I have only one answer:

Wang Haoze, China's first female space engineer to work in the country's space station, sent Women's Day greetings from space. She wished for women around the world to shine like the bright moon and twinkling stars.
