Becoming quite the fan of the quadratus labii inferioris. Make the duck face just so and the cyst and its associated features are put in high relief. I wouldn't be surprised if the doctor made the incision at the 3 mm scar which is the pus vent, as I call it. All that mess from acute cellulitis and the cyst abides.
