@indivisibleteam It may be time to embrace the 2nd Amendment to protect protesters. When the #RWNJ folks show up armed to the teeth, and cops give them lots of space.
As a Canuck, I always thought the 2nd Amendment was batshit insane — but over the last 10 years, I’ve begun to understand its utility and necessity.
Peaceful protests were the negotiated alternative to the old way of doing things - dragging oppressors from their houses & applying violence to them in front of their families.
