PowRSS is an aggregator of public RSS feeds that features a daily selection of posts from blogs and other sources, with every month showing different sites. It's a great discoverability resource for blogs and writings and you can submit your own feed.
RSSGizmos -- A bunch of tools for finding, creating, and working with RSS feeds. Includes Kebberfegg, a tool for creating keyword-based feeds from multiple sources.

Temporary Obsessions RSS Feed Reader Updated and Now Available
Last month I made a tool called the Temporary Obsessions Feed Reader (you can see my writeup here.) I have started again to use an RSS reader to follow blogs, photo galleries, forums and video channels.
It's so great to have everything followed by a single and local application, with no big tech algorythm. Only what I have choosen and how I want it.
And I have a lot of choices for the RSS reader application. From the most simple to a very complete and customizable one.
I love RSS.

Maybe the RSS feed itself is broken. Send the site’s maintainer a friendly email! I’ll often offer to help. #RSS
If you subscribe to a lot of RSS feeds, don’t forget to periodically go through them all to see if they’re still updating. Maybe the URL changed, or maybe the site is blocking your reader of choice and you need to subscribe from another one. #RSS
Celebrating 20 Years of Vienna RSS
I bounced around RSS clients in the early Mac OS X years, and certainly used Vienna for a while. It was noteworthy to me because it was open-source—something that was comparatively rare for fully featured, well designed applications on Mac OS X at the time. Congrats to all involved for keeping the project going for 20 years.
