Leaving the #gym after second #Zumba class since injury 2 months ago (#PatellarTendonitis in both knees). Last week was my first time back to Zumba.
Today, I followed up with some #weightlifting for legs. Took it easy and did less weight than I could handle. Will "step it up" (HA!) next week!
