I started at Los Robles and walked to Arroyo Parkway where i rested for a while. I think the biggest crowd was near the post office, but the streets were were crowdeded that whole distance.

These were rescaled down to 640x480 and stuck white people colored circles over the faces pointed at me.

The backs of a whole lot of people protesting on both sides of colorado street looking west at Euclid. It is seriously rose parade levels of crowded. I also blocked out the faces of people who were looking my direction
Even more crowded part closer to the post office.. A sign says "power to the people not the facist" "Hands off" a bunch of things that are blocked by the power to the people sign. There's another one showing trump, musk, and probably stephen miller with a big red circle with line over it.
This is looking east toward the post office, still omg levels of crowded fewer signs in view here.

This includes, among other steps, setting aside 500 Youth @ Workpositions next fiscal year to employ youth impacted by the Eaton Fire, establishing a satellite America’s Job Center of California (AJCC) in Altadena to connect residents with employment resources and job placement assistance, and directing the L.A. County Development Authority to create a small business loan program to assist businesses that survived the fire.

Good morning from #Pasadena where it’s cool and gloomy. Had a bit of rain earlier, but that seems to be over now.

Moses & I still managed to hit La Crescenta Valley Dog Park early this AM for some serious ball-retrieving, his favorite! Not sure we'll be as lucky tomorrow because it sounds like rain starting overnight.

We go to the dog park Sunday, Monday, Thursday atm. Always La Crescenta. The other days we walk.

Here is one of my neighbour’s bird of paradise flower, in the driveway.

I have had more blooms on my own plants also this year (in the dog area), so I got to examine them closer as they open, both during cold or hot weather. The latter really speeds up the process and really allows the flower to fully bloom, revealing its complete self.

The orange parts are called sepals I believe and the blue darts are a combination petal & stamen which is also a perch for birds.

I used to think there was a single stamen, but it's because it's cool here when flowers open so they don't always open fully. #LiveAndLearn

Good morning from #Pasadena. Beautifully ☀️ this morning and currently 16°C (61°F). Forecast high: 27°C (81°F).

Waiting for husband to return from picking up prescription and some groceries, then heading to La Crescenta dog park with Moses. Husband was at hospital again yesterday which totally wore me out so I went back to bed after feeding the dogs this morning and only getting started now, after 10 AM.

While I wait for husband to return, I am watching the hummingbirds from my chair in the dog area. There is one sucking away at the feeder right now, enjoying himself with Moses directly under him, but he’s used to Moses so he doesn’t care.

Life can be though and scary but my advice: #DontWorryBeHappy, #LifeIsShort

Good morning from #Pasadena. Woke up at 5:30am. Fed the dogs. Went back to bed. Read. Fell asleep eventually and slept for about 1.5 hrs till 8:30am. AND I'm feeling much better. Sometime sleep is essential and I'm still tired from my husband's hospitalization and Finn's brief illness.

My #LumbarSpine feels good this morning. A little bit of sensitivity on the left (which will be treated in probably 1 months, hopefully, depending on how helpful my insurance decides to be, which usually is not a priority of theirs…) But my left side which was treated with #RadioFrequencyAblation yesterday feels SUPER.

About to eat my eggs & corn tortillas, which doesn't affect my glucose most of the time (though sometime it does) and supports good energy levels in the morning. But much less than #GrapeNuts. Then Moses and I will go out. Then likely some cleaning and gardening.

Here is a picture of Moses during yesterday's walk. It's #CaliforniaSpring and absolutely gorgeous. Winter is a beautiful season for blooming but #Spring is the grand pre-summer finale!!

Good evening from #Pasadena. Gorgeous day we had with cool Pacific breezes & warm sun. Perfect 👌 Not a cloud in the sky & 22°C (72°F). 🌞

Photo’d as I rested & watched for hummingbirds, from my “dog run”, called Doggie Square on Alexa for night lights. So cozy since I covered it in a deep layer of wood mulch.

I don’t think I’ve ever taken the time to sit and watch nature. I always feel behind so I almost always work, or sleep.

I’m falling in love with not just hummingbirds but all birds. If I were ever to return to this world, I want to return as a bird.
