My high school had an amazing 3D art program, and I learned metal work and riveting. This is a winged mermaid piece I made! Was super fun changing the color of the copper with heat, and I remember cutting out each piece was such a pain! It still hangs in my room.

The Gentle Mermaid
The mermaid floats without a care in her peaceful, green, watery world. :-)

Hey everyone,
Long time no post. I've decided that in the coming months I'm going to commit fully to making a complete portfolio as a professional fantasy illustrator. This will be one of them: A #merfolk raid from the depths. Which I hoped to finish during #MerMay, but having started over four times and only having 45–60 minutes per evening for drawing, it has taken some time. Good to be posting something again, hope you like it!
