The #Abbott #Freestyle #Libre3 app has pissed off all its #diabetic users w/:
app crashes bad readings false alarms at 3AM
...all from one dumb update, no relief in sight & no appstore response other than to "call their customer service line".
Awful.
@Mary625 @greeblehaus Love the Libre 3. Been on it since it basically released. It’s tiny, and so far, it’s been reliable. When high, at least for me, it tends to read a little higher than my BG meter, but still within 10% of error for the most part. Adhesive is better than the 2, I almost never use an overpatch. Have had no problem with them lasting the entire 2 weeks.
Type1Toucan on etsy makes cool decorative stickers for them! I have Winnie The Pooh on my current one.
@mike If you’re in the US, and have commercial insurance, Abbott has a program to bring CGM cost down to around $75/mo. This is what I use. Each sensor lasts 2 weeks. Works pretty well.
