Can I paint Samuel L. Jackson pt3?
No, not yet. But I think I'm getting closer.
The advice I've gotten has helped a ton, and I've watched so many YouTube videos on how to do it. Not happy yet but this is better than day 2 for sure.

Upped the contrast. It was sloppier than intended but the effect has its intended oomph. Will clean up and add new violet shading later.
Also put slightly thinned contrast over the downey wings to get them ready for rude highlighting.

Finally unpacked my gorgeous @ShoshiesMinis angel dude and started painting him. I might be able to make something of him without ruining him too much.
Going to paint him up for a friend whose type he happens to be.
Any suggestions for what to do with the wings are welcomed!
As with a poem or a play, we start with a line.

And HOLY SHIT TEAM I think we've pulled it off. Only one model thoroughly ruined
Also used the biggest forking brush we have in the house without going into the shed for the really big ones.

Tried to get that sweet galaxy look but ran into problems.
- the blue I wanted to use was opaque rather than transparent.
- the orange I then used was too opaque
- quincadrone pink tried and too opaque.
Eventually settled for dark blue wash as a filter but it covers differently.
I am not sure if I don't just outright hate the mottling.
