So, as promised, here is a post about my current big passion project, that I've been working on since March of 2023: a story series called Mystic Heart Odyssey. It's an episodic (furry) adventure story set in a more primitive fantasy world, with a slow-burn gay romance subplot.
Lykou is an upbeat, friendly, and adventurous konuul (a wolf-husky hybrid, basically) that yearns to explore the world beyond his (somewhat physically isolated) tribe and see all that it has to offer. Kuna is a snarky, antisocial sereva (deer, more or less) with a very troubled past that's given him trust issues, among other things. The two end up meeting when they seek shelter in the same cave during a freak magical thunderstorm that comes out of nowhere. When they wake the next morning, they find that they've been magically transported far away. Though things start off rocky, they end up working together to try and find their way home, going on a long, grand series of adventures full of magic, monsters, and discoveries. Along the way they make a number of new friends- and a few enemies- and learn more about themselves and each other as they grow closer through their adventures.

Greetings everyone! This is the Shimmering Spectrum. I’ve been writing macrofurry smut since the days where e-mail groups and MUCKs were the primary means of communication. I’m the kind of bad influence your parents probably warned you about. 
My writing is almost exclusively adult in nature. Macro/micro themes are the most common but numerous other kinks feature on a regular basis. Some of my works are gentle, some of them are not. I’m usually open to suggestions and discussing ideas with like-minded kinky people who know that it’s important to keep it fictional but otherwise are open to a very wide range of experiences.
I’ll be using this account primarily for professional purposes—such as being open for writing commissions—and for writing posts that are too long to fit on a standard Mastodon account. For instance, I’ve been doing a daily microfiction post on Telegram each day and those rarely fit in the 500 characters available elsewhere. I’ll be using appropriate content warnings on things and expect to need a CW on most posts since … well, I like being lewd.
Looking forward to connecting with other readers and writers who enjoy creatures of unusual size doing wonderful and terrible things together.
