Need to diagnose this #fdm print quality issue. This is Prusament PETG on a Bambu P1S. It seems to only show up with thin walls.

Qidi 'engineering' strikes again: https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/1jnuju1/rqiditech3d_permanently_banned_me_for_warning/
tl;dr - a Qidi Plus4's SSR (which we have been warning about since day freaking 1) finally blew and caught fire, with serious consequences.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: do not buy Qidi printers, don't suggest others buy Qidi printers. This isn't just sloppy engineering, this is outright dangerous.

TIL that I'm out of black ABS. Since Catboat-1 is due upgrades (and a rewiring), I need black ABS.

I'm desperate, i'm trying to #3dprint some #gridfinity bins but i get these ugly walls and i don't know why or to make the dissapear.
In the picture you can see some results after tweaking some features in the slicer, but still i cannot fully understand why this phenomenon
Can somebody help me? #Boost appreciated!

The very first test prints of three parts of my #NeXT #MegaPixel display. And oh boy… the middle part (that one with the ribs) is a nightmare for #FDM printing! Horrible post processing getting rid of the support material! This is wh. y I'm thinking of buying a resin printer. The customers will appreciate it too. Because the parts will have WAY BETTER surface quality!
Because patents are the worst, ZS Plus nozzles are about to vanish. Aliexpress _already_ doesn't have any, and TL's own site has them at half price to clear: https://trianglelab.net/products/zstc-mk8-volcano-v6-zsd-mk8-volcano-v6-zs-mk8-volcano-v6-k1-nozzle
Words cannot express how much I love these nozzles. It's the first high-flow hardened that isn't designed terribly from first principles, and mine has run _spools_ of CF material with hardly a complaint. Get one (or several) while you can.

I LOVE how this came out! Took a bit to glue it together and print, and edited it a tiny bit so I could have something i'm proud of.
This is actually my first model of such quality/big I have printed for myself, and I have to say it completely reignited all the things I got and I'm ready to get back full-speed tomorrow. I'm just SO excited to get to print things like this again! Damn! #fdm #print #model #models @3dprinting
