Oh hey! Look, the impacts of such feckless privatisation are conveniently on display at the Federal level. A pilot informs flight passengers that a lack of air traffic controllers has caused their delay.

The cause of that ATC shortage is understaffing at the private staffing corporation the government created with the Civil Air Navigation Services Commercialization Act (ANS Act).

CBCFrustrated Air Canada pilot slams air traffic controller shortage to passengers on flight | CBC NewsA frustrated Air Canada pilot was critical of air traffic controller shortages on a recent flight, telling passengers to write their MPs to address ongoing delays at the country's airports.

@Catelli Doug lashed out against “terrible, bleeding heart” judges who are blocking the govt’s agenda, musing that judges should be elected so they are more responsive to public sentiment. “What right do they have? Unelected, politically appointed judges determining our budgets? We ran on a mandate, we get elected democratically. There haven’t been any judges elected. Maybe that’s the problem. We should do what the U.S. does. Let’s start holding them accountable.” Just who is #DoFo channeling?

@Pinchy63 @DemocracyMattersALot #CrackSmoking Rob Ford who vehemently denied his drug related scandal that made headlines around the world, had to admit he lied when a video of him smoking his crack pipe surfaced. The ex-mayor of Toronto, who was ejected from chambers for comments made about city staff was a loud mouth boor. His brother #DoFo the ex-drug dealing dropout, shown here with Ron Taverner whom he appointed as commissioner of the OPP, enjoys party and the good life.

@Richard_hoperestored @cbcnews #ChairmanHarper, the face of the rise in global fascism, still pulls the strings. He’s on the Board of Alimentation Couche-Tard, a global leader in the convenience sector, involved in #DoFo’s $225 million one-time payout to the Beer Store. He has a a $240K contract with Saskatchewan to boost international trade. His puppet #PP is BFF with Conservative #JamilJivani, BFF to with #JD Vance who backed Jamil’s campaign for protection of Cdn Christians.

@douglal @orleansfietser @TheGentYYC Of course he will. A leopard never changes its stripes. And #DoFo has no loyalty to Ontario families. If he did, healthcare, autism, education, and social services would be spectacular and not the underfunded pathetic programs we now have. His desire to enrich himself and his BFFs far outweighs any sense of responsibility and obligation he feels for Ontario. To him Ontario is a rich, fertile soil to plunder as best he can.

@orleansfietser @TheGentYYC You’re not the only one. However, remember that #DoFo is loyal to only one thing, and that is himself. Never attribute an altruistic motivation to the man. What he’s doing right now is ingratiating himself with #Donald as well positioning himself as a Harper protégé, with an eye on federal leadership. Because #PP has become a great liability.

@CdnCurmudgeon #DoFo is a bully just like Donald. Theatrics are more important than actual substance. And with his girth, he’s done the equivalent of walking up to Donald and using his gut to force him up against the wall. Long-term, it has zero value.

Once again, 20% of Ontario voters gave #DoFo his 3rd majority government. #VoterApathy resulted in another term with the most corrupt government in the history of Canada. The outcome of this election proves once again it’s time for parties in Ontario to put their partisan self-interests aside & put voters first by supporting a fair and proportional voting system. I hope all who chose not to vote, enjoy the continued corruption and looting of the province.
