Easily the best cookbook I’ve purchased in recent memory (no surprise since it’s from one of my favorite restaurants of all time). I’ve made a handful of the dishes (the collard melt is to die for), but really everything sounds delicious.
I’d describe many of the recipes as elevated stoner food, in the best possible way.
