"Crazy" is a song written by English singer-songwriter #Seal and English songwriter #GuySigsworth. Produced by #TrevorHorn, it was released by #ZTTRecords on 26 November 1990 as the lead single from Seal's debut studio album, Seal (1991). The song became his first commercial hit, reaching No. 2 in the #UnitedKingdom, while becoming his first top ten single in the United States. It has since been covered by several artists, including #AlanisMorissette.

Been watching the seals the past few weeks along the coast path when out on runs.

Some have been basking in the sun on the surface, bobbing along, others have been moving frantically just below, potentially hunting and others just moving gently along like the one in the picture.

Photo taken whilst freediving a few years ago and looking forward to getting back in at some point this year after a winter of swimming and surfing, as fun as they are, nothing beats enjoying the natural world below the surface too!
