A late addition to the things I wanted to get done this month, but I'm finding myself really enjoying it... And I'm stupidly happy with the sea shells. They came out exactly like I pictured before I started painting them!

It was a one eyed, one horned, flying, purple people eater!
Sure looks strange to me!

I got a little painting time this morning so I base coated the purple people eater, and worked some more on the mushroom minis.
I'm really happy with how the troll is coming along.

And tonight I did the greenstuff sculpting I have been planning on.
Covering up the copper wire on the Queen of Hell
Added mushrooms to a troll
Fixed up the horrid gaps on the old displacer beast
And with the leftover I 'sculpted' a couple more mushrooms and flagstones for the orc wizard's base.

Had an hour to work on my #miniatures today, so I spent it pinning together Sauron and this orc wizard, and adding more wires to this #ReaperBones troll to sculpt mushrooms onto.
My Baba Yaga's hut is nearly done. Not counting the legs.... Not gonna get to those this year.

It certainly isn't as good as a professional sculptor could do, but all in all I'm happy with this!
And last night I did the back half of the #demon base. I'm not sure my #greenstuff #sculpting is as good as on the front, but we'll see after I get it all primed and painted. Any major sins I can cover with texture paste.
Last night I finally screwed up the courage to mix up some #greenstuff and get to pushing putty. Of course I mixed too much, but aside from that I'm pretty pleased with the results. I think it looks more like a pile of skulls rather than skull cobblestones, but I'm ok with it. Gonna take another evening to finish it off. Maybe 2. And anything that looks awful I can just cover with some ground texture.
This big demon is coming along, but I still need to decide how I'm doing the base. I really just stuck him up on the cork because he needed the elevation do to his hunched posture... Broken cobblestone? I wonder if I could make it look like the cobbles were actually all the tops of skulls...
I've been working on this troll and troll nest for a bit, and I'm really happy with how it's coming along.
#wip of a mercenary mage. Generally pleased with the progress so far. The frost blade needs work still.
Continuing to work on Kalanzar the Wicked. I have about a week to get him done, and after the 2 hours I spent on him last night think I might actually make it. Still a lot of work to do on the wings and head... And let's not talk about the base...
