WERS's transition to a general format, basically soft rock offering still angers me nearly 10 years later.
Thankfully we've still got WMBR 88.1 MIT.
Last night's radio program is now archived for your lunchtime distraction. New stuff from Straw Man Army, Party Dozen, Margo Price, Ying Shui Di Jiang, and Stina Stjern. Old stuff from Linton Kwesi Johnson, Magic Tuber Stringband, Ken Nordine, Live Skull, and the Moody Blues. Also, a malfunctioning turntable that I fixed by unscrewing the headshell and licking the contacts of while speaking on mic. All this and other death-defying broadcast stunts = fun for the whole family.
