This is the busiest term I’ve had in years! Teaching my own seminar series, learning Russian, attending various meetings, co-editing a volume, organising a future conference, co-authoring an article, and working on my own research project means that I am exhausted after work. These are mostly things I really enjoy and want to do. But it leaves little space for knitting, especially for more elaborate projects. So I picked up this mitered square blanket again. It’s so easy to knit which is exactly what I need at the moment. Hooray for easy comfort knits!
