Argh it can all get so confusing. Where does #channels on #WhatsApp fit into other social media usage and platforms?

- Is it just brand info delivery to customers?
- Do people reply and generate conversations?
- How then is it that different to other social media conversations such as #Mastodon? 🤷‍♂️
