Post-transplant recovery continues beautifully. We are out of the scary ICU recovery portion of the hospital and into a normal boring hospital room for a few days. New kidney is cruising!

A doctor mentioned that our new room has a view of the airport and I have gone into Full Dad Mode and taken to tracking arriving and departing planes.

It’s super cool to watch them come in and be like “Miami! Chicago!”
