'Nother thing, only saw 1 cop car right when we got there and 0 visible polices of the bebadged ilk on the streets anywhere. Volunteers handled crossings and everyone just didn't be terrible or give-in to their inner-Republican Capitol-storming tendencies. 😄

#Tucson had an estimated 20,000 out there.🤘

Interrupting this politics free weekend to say the Tucson Hands Off protest was huge! Totally shocked. I'm really curious what the numbers were.

It was wall to wall people where I showed up, both sides of the street, and I thought I'd walk down and see how far the crowd went. It went all the way down to the next block, and then people were on the side streets.

People were fired up.

#Tucson fwawking SHOWED UP today.
Mrs. Water and I met my sister and others in the middle.
Nothing but barely-moving traffic along 22nd and damn near everyone honking the whole time.

Only 1 trash nazi ALONE in his stupid Polaris with requisite flags flapping drove by. He had one opportunity at a light to gun his engine, flung himself 20-feet forward, then was stuck, ALONE and quiet, creeping down the next mile for an hour. 🤣

Nothing but good beautiful people out today, in droves.
