@alice
On the topic of celebrities, at a concert in Chicago, Shawn Jump (lead guitarist of Icon For Hire) once "stole" my trilby off my head and bounced around on stage wearing it for a few minutes. After the show, I had Shawn and Ariel sign it, and when I got home, I stitched the signatures into the hat, black thread on a black hat.

It is one of my most prized possessions.

@alice Cool!

The closest I've been at a concert was right next to the stage (TMBG at the 9:30 Club in DC.) The farthest away was the upper deck of Yankee Stadium (Billy Joel) where we saw the video on the monitor before we actually heard the music.

@alice When I was in grade school, I used to do this trick where I folded my right pinky up so the tip of it poked out in the hole formed by making a fist, near my thumb. I then put my left hand under my right fist, pinky hidden, and show the whole mess to some other kid. I'd wiggle the pinky (having introduced it as "want to see a trick?") then triumphantly pull my left hand away, leaving the phantom pinky poking out of my right hand, still wiggling.

It got a pretty good reaction much of the time. I don't think it messed up my hand, either, weirdly.

Let's play a game! The rules are simple: Tell me something about yourself.

1. It should be a fun or weird, *and* trivial.
2. It should be substantially different from recent answers.
3. We alternate turns.
4. Use #TellAlice so they're easy to find.

- Since we have N players, you can reply to anyone in the thread as your turn.
- You can respond to someone else's answer, but you have to take your own turn in the same reply.

I'll start.

The first time I went to a Japanese restaurant was with friends in highschool, and I ate the ball of wasabi thinking it was part of the sushi. It still comes up sometimes.
