Nice review of the #Pimoroni #PicoVision by @biglesp over at Tom’s Hardware. (It’s a shame the Pimoroni folks don’t seem to have a Fediverse presence, unless I’ve missed it). I've been collaborating with #Pimoroni on their new #Picovision. This has 2 #RP2040s on a board with the goal of making HDMI video from RP2040 more accessible.
The "GPU" RP2040 drives the HDMI, leaving you free to write application code (in #MicroPython or C++) on the "CPU". Communication is through shared framebuffers - so no need to chase the beam.
