If Congressional #Republicans were looking for a gotcha moment, #Boston’s Mayor #MichelleWu (D) didn’t give them one.
Wu emerged from the marathon 6hr #House #Oversight Cmte hearing unscathed, & managed to land quite a few hits of her own under aggressive questioning.
In her first time testifying before #Congress, #MayorWu stuck to her talking points, emphasized Boston’s strong public #safety record & argued…that the city’s #immigration policies boost #PublicSafety.
Yet another generationally rich, entitled white man who doesn't know how to sit down and wait his fucking turn while a woman from an underrepresented group shows him how it's done.
I would say, "I'm sure Josh Kraft is a nice guy," if it weren't for the fact that if he feels compelled to run against Wu then he's clearly not.
