Der Oberste Gerichtshof von #Andalusien, #Ceuta & #Melilla (#TSJA) kam in einem Urteil zu dem Schluss, dass direkte Zurückweisungen von Menschen, die versuchen schwimmend oder mit Booten nach Ceuta zu gelangen unzulässig sind.

Das Gericht erklärte, dass in diesen Fällen das normale Rückführungsverfahren mit allen Garantien anzuwenden ist.
