Jesus Christ, was he as fake as all of you?
CHRISTIANS IN NAME ONLY.

Dear Christians
There's a lot more of us #heathens this time around.
Think it through - if you're able.
@jeffowski The reason is that #USHealthcarePolicy and #USEconomicPolicy have been shaped by #Conservative #White #Christian #GOP #Men who adhere to #ProsperityGospel and #MuscularChristianity: God #Blesses the #Righteous with #Wealth and #Health and #Punishes #Heathens and #Heretics with #Poverty and #Sickness. But it's just another cover for the #Selfishness and #Hypocrisy of #ConservativeChristians
@DrALJONES @wdjorth @dbc3 One of the reasons Trump #GOP and the #oligarchs have been able to mobilize the #evangelicals to their cause is because many of the underpinnings of evangelical religious belief is founded on #ProperityGospel which drives the desire for wealth and #MuscularChristianity. #GodBlessesHisFaithful with #Wealth and #Health and #Punishes the #Heathens #Heretics and #Unholy. #SpeakerMikeJohnson belongs to the #NewApostolicReformation

I lIke your drawings!
Modern Heathens celebrate Mother's Night, usually on the 20th - the eve of the Solstice. It's a celebration of both our physical mothers and the Mother Goddesses, in particular, Frigg in her role as the primary Mother Goddess.
(A side note to that: In recent years, I've actually heard some Heathens who've apparently been lnspired by Marvel's comic book portrayal of Frigg/Freya [who they often conflate ] as the All-Mother. No idea what I think about that!)
It's also a time to reflect on the work of the year. That stems from the theory that on Mother's Night for the old Norse, women were to have completed all of their spinning and weaving for the year, and the holiday was also the start of a break in their usual Fibre work until the new year started.
I don't always have tons of time to scroll and see what else is going on, so I often click on the profiles/pages of folks who say /post something interesting- with vagaries of internet, new member influx etc- that doesn't always work well (sometimes cannot comment or favourite when I might like to!), but I have 'met' cool people. Always open to more interaction- esp into serious #PlantNerds various kinds of #heathens, #pagans etc-- I think of myself as an #animist, but just in my own way!
