If M Night Shyamalan-style, fast action, all-frantic, save-the-planet type movies are your thing, I'd recommend The Wandering Earth.

We watched it last night and it was... fast.

I wanted to watch it because it's from a book and I wondered if it might be similar to 3 Body Problem.
