I'm an assistant prof at #Penn working at the intersection of #bioethics + #law. I study #researchethics, #IRBs, #compassionateuse/#expandedaccess to investigational drugs, #FDA, and #pharma #policy.

I'm co-chair of the Consortium to Advance Effective Research Ethics Oversight (www.aereo.org, #AEREO), a member of the Compassionate Use + Preapproval Access working group (#CUPA), and steward of the #DiverseBioethics list (www.diversebioethics.org).
