Can someone PLEASE help me I’m on a new iPhone (yes, I caved) and I can’t get into my TM app bc of this error message and I cannot figure out how to fix it. Tried a bunch of things nothing worked. Does anyone have any tips?? Thank you so much in advance!!#IThelp #javascript #ticketbastard
@velvetseawader they flag me all the time. Try different devices, different browsers, private mode on browsers, clear cache and history, wifi vs cell data.
It sucks and they are very unhelpful if you contact them.
@Mdphunk I’ll try from a private browser but I did clear cache and tried deleting reinstalling. Grrr thank you!!!!

@velvetseawader Javascript is not Java, not even close. So if you want help with a problem with Javascript not working, it’s probably best not to use that hashtag. ;-)
And like the error message says, did you turn of Javascript? Did you install one of those browser plugins?
