@drewphish Over the weekend I had the thought that too many people who identify as Christian must glorify the Old Testament and the God of retribution and disasters over the God of the New Testament, the God of love and kindness.
@JoeAce967 @drewphish yes, it's a bit of a truism that fundamentalists dig Moses more than Jesus, and the Ten Commandments more than the Sermon On The Mount. When was the last time anyone called for the Beatitudes ("blessed are the poor in spirit...") to be posted in some public spot?
