Today's @pixel_dailies prompt was "hair", which brought me back to working on Witcher 3 when I started at Nvidia. Whole lotta physics hair in that game, and I got to take some seriously glorious screenshots for our efforts.

This is one of my favorites, saved after all these years.

My goal tonight was to get through as much of the Witcher 3 main quest as I could. I spent 3 hours doing side quests that kept pulling me along. With side quests this so in depth I’m conflicted calling it a good thing or a bad thing. Want to get through my backlog !!

Over the last few years ive only played games on weekends feeling “to tired” to play games. Because of that ive let the Witcher 3 sit for nearly two console generations. Been trying to force myself to play on weeknights. And its been nice , gives me more energy and helps take my mind off work. I don’t know why I ever stopped. Here’s hoping to continue and actually make a dent in my backlog !

Tinkering with #Moonlight game streaming from my #gaming laptop to the new #iPad Pro 11.

Was able to remove the title bar after taking this shot of playing the #Witcher3 by modifying some resolution settings in the iOS client.

With a wireless #Xbox controller, this is like a #SteamDeck on steroids because all of the graphics rendering is done on the high-end laptop; the iPad is just remotely streaming the output and accepting controller input.

Replaying #Witcher3 and it’s amazing how alive the world is.

Starting over on #Witcher3 with the updated edition. Ray tracing and addition details / textures look amazing but at a high fps cost on my rig.
