By the way: When you choose to fly in and out of a small airport 45 minutes from #WaltDisneyWorld & you take an #Uber #Rideshare BACK to #Sanford (airport) to catch your flight home, please realize that the driver likely will have to #deadhead back to #WaltDisneyWorld and therefore a $10 tip is NOT enough to cover gas & time for that trip!

It's another story when the airport is #MCO & nearby, but you chose to penny-pinch and fly #Allegiant into the small airport!

In other words: be nice!

Dear lady who got into my #Uber #Rideshare yesterday and proceeded to hack and cough all the way to the airport w/o covering her nose and/or mouth OR telling me she was sick and/or asking for a mask when she saw me driving while wearing my mask: "Fuck you! And yes, you got a ONE STAR rating cos I had to stop afterwards and go offline in order to lysol and wipe down my entire van afterwards AT THE AIRPORT meaning I couldn't get an immediate ride and had to deadhead back to #WaltDisneyWorld " 🤬

@GramrgednAngel this frame of mind needs to be applied to every "disruptor" out there. Whatever convenience offered by way of efficiency one got from the initial disruption of an industry quickly turns into a funnel, siphoning all the equity from that industry into the pockets of the "disruptor" and arguably, tangentially speaking, into the pockets of shareholders. After that, the price the consumer pays goes up. A toll must be paid to the disruptor for all that "efficiency" provided to the business, #ServiceTitan for home service companies, #RealPage for rentals, #Uber for taxi service, #amazon for retail, and it's not the business owner that's going to pay for it. Nope, always the consumer.

Y'all, if you are "for" employees and against the corporate establishment, then stop using robotaxis! They're taking our jobs!

Also, remember, a robotaxi can't tell you things about the area, help you with your bags, or actually - ya' know - make you feel safer during the ride!

looks like my #Uber driver has the traction control turned off. i'm not sure what he thinks he's going to do on a dry road in the suburbs with speed humps in a Mitsubishi Outlander. let's see.

Here's a fun game to piss off #Tesla owners.

Whenever you use UBER and you get a Tesla driver, after the ride you can rate it. If you rate with one star you are offered a series of questions about why.

One of the options is 'Vehicle'. Selecting this, and in the next menu 'Other', sends a message about the vehicle. Sadly 'I am not a fascist' is not one of the options, however if enough people start doing this someone is sure to figure it out.

Be sure to share this.
