"Stop treating the #russian_federation as some kind of an errant child, testing its parents tolerance, instead as the #War_Criminals that it is!" 🤬🤬🤬

💩🇱🇹 #Russian drone simulator "#Gerbera" flew to #Lithuania – a #NATO country

The State Border Guard Service reported that an aircraft resembling a homemade #UAV flew to #Lithuania from #Belarus.

According to preliminary data, the drone crashed near the closed #Shumskas checkpoint about a kilometre from the border.

📢 Europe’s largest missile maker, unveiled a cheap one-way drone at the #paris Air Show designed to saturate enemy air defenses en masse and clear the way for what the company calls high-value effectors such as cruise missiles

"We captured this dataset over North Point on Lizard Island in just over 90 minutes. 7,309 photos at an altitude of 12 m, 80% overlap and sidelap, covers 56K m^2. This rapid acquisition is critical when we have such a short window of low tides where the corals are exposed or nearly so."

amazing stuff!

www.linkedin.comMind blowing coverage and resolution. | Karen JoyceMind blowing coverage and resolution. Not so long ago I was stoked to create an orthomosaic with 300 images. But now the drones are flying faster, and batteries lasting longer. We captured this dataset over North Point on Lizard Island in just over 90 minutes. 7,309 photos at an altitude of 12 m, 80% overlap and sidelap, covers 56K m^2. This rapid acquisition is critical when we have such a short window of low tides where the corals are exposed or nearly so. We had two drones flying (yes, with separate pilots!), each connected to the same RTK base station so the consistency between the two is excellent. I flew the north half with the DJI Matrice 4E, and Vincent Raoult flew the southern half with the DJI Mavic 3E, and importantly we communicated our flight areas and movements to avoid any risk of collision. Thx to our co-pilots Rebecca Licciardo and Tyler Hofmann! Check it out for yourself! https://lnkd.in/gUpPU7GM All data processed and available on GeoNadir. This is super cool. Someone needs to package it up and make it a product. Maybe that already exists?

I'd happily buy or rent a lidar drone to scan our future homestead property. What an amazing way to learn about the land, and to plan uses intelligently, and intentionally.

💥 #Kiev: #UAV debris hit student dormitory and residential building

💥Medics provided assistance on the spot to four victims in a student dormitory in the #Goloseevsky district. A #UAV fragment hit the building, the capital's mayor, #Vitalii_Klitschko, said.

💥Also, in the #Dniprovsky district, part of the enemy #UAV fell on a private residential building. Preliminary, a young woman was injured in the attack. Preliminary - a broken leg. Doctors are providing assistance.

So russia is beginning to intensify its attacks for a more massive summer offensive, having used its fake "ceasefires" to reorganize and redeploy the orc forces in preparation.

The orcs now also have new priority in targetting the drone operators of the Ukranian defence, with new toys to triangulate locations and more wire guided drones to get at them.

The obvious counter-defence is for the defenders to run a cable from the drone controller unit to the radio unit reasonable distance away.

In addition they should have 'killer drones' clearing their skies of russian surveillance drones (preventative effect), and if possible, set the radio unit somewhere that can be protected with discreet netting hung between trees which can snare careless quadcopter types.

Besides the orc losses and regrettable losses among the defenders there's parallel attrition warfare happening to exhaust enemy resources and finance.

You don't want to expend a 40k euro Stinger missile on a 1k enemy drone repeteatedly unless you absolutely have to.

There's over 2000km of front line that must be manned and protected...

Final punchline: “Ukraine and its partners must strip the Kremlin of its illusions.”
