TJDear Maggie (5);<br> <br> Fifth "shot" and before the last of Maggie's series. This one in particular is interesting because I used a technique that I don't typically use; not much. This is the "super-resolution" technique.<br> In the past, I had a program to do this (I think it was called "PhotoAcute"). However, I learned later on how to do this directly in Photoshop. New versions of Photoshop do have such an option implemented, but I don't know how it works really. The goal of such technique, anyway, is to increase the resolution of an image almost to a double. Useful in case you'd be thinking of cropping the image in the end, but one has to take many shots to combine them together (which was done here). In fact, I might as well crop this image and zoom only on the flower since it is in super-resolution!!<br> <br> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/flower?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#flower</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/bloom?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#bloom</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/blossom?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#blossom</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/magenta?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#magenta</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/SR?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#SR</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/superresolution?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#superresolution</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/petals?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#petals</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/nature?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#nature</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/natural?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#natural</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/macro?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#macro</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/macrophotography?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#macrophotography</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.social/discover/tags/goodmorning?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#goodmorning</a>
Paul O'Malley<p>This is big news! NVIDIA just introduced a new RTX technology called Super Resolution.<br>This game-changing technology can essentially upscale web video all the way up to 8K!</p><p>Finally, I don't have to put up with crappy pixelated Twitch Streams or Netflix content. Definitely giving this a test as soon as I can.<br><a href="https://c.im/tags/NVIDIA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>NVIDIA</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/RTX" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RTX</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/SuperResolution" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SuperResolution</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/Twitch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Twitch</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/Gaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Gaming</span></a></p><p><a href="https://www.theverge.com/2023/2/28/23618245/nvidia-rtx-video-super-resolution-upscale-videos-rtx-gpu" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">theverge.com/2023/2/28/2361824</span><span class="invisible">5/nvidia-rtx-video-super-resolution-upscale-videos-rtx-gpu</span></a></p>
