Chris RuppelTHREE DOTS AND A DASH ½ oz lime juice ½ oz orange juice ½ oz honey syrup ¼ oz falernum ¼ oz allspice dram 1½ oz Rhum Agricole Vieux ❽ ½ oz Blended Aged Rum ❸ 1 dash Angostura bitters Garnish: three maraschino cherries, pineapple chunk Method: Add all the ingredients to a drink mixer tin. Fill with 12 oz crushed ice and 4-6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and open pour with a gated finish into a footed pilsner glass. If you don't have a drink blender (I don't) then shaking obviously does the trick. For the garnish use one spear for three maraschino cherries and the pineapple chunk. Place horizontally on the rim of the glass. Libation Legacy 🍸There was some discusstion about Martinican Rum a while back, about how it wasn't actually agricole back in those days (distilled from sugar cane juice), but was a different thing entirely, more similar to pot-stilled Jamaican rum.
