¼ oz lime juice
½ oz cinnamon syrup
1½ oz grapefruit juice
2 oz pisco

Garnish: grapefruit slice
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain over a big rock and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

An easy-going summer sipper! Sometimes mixing up a warm-weather drink lets me pretend it isn't winter for an hour :) Come to think of it, where pisco comes from it is indeed summer! This one was seen on IG from Luiz Fernandes. I didn't have a grapefruit so I did a lemon twist garnish.

Tonight's #aperitivo #aperitif is another one from the book "tree ingredient cocktails" book written by Robert Simonson, the Fair Harvard:

60ml #Pisco
30ml Martini bianco
3 dashes Orange bitter

Stirr&Strain and garnish with a lemon twist.

A delicious nightcap and a suberb aperitif that won't stain your carpets (go buy the book for the whole story behind this cocktail!)

In a blind taste I would have said it's a Martini rather than a Manhattan.

Highly recommended!
