Who are the true 
heads? Those that do not pick up after their dog and allow possible pathogens to enter the environment or those who pick up after their dog but leave the bag thus adding plastic to the environment and eventually adding pathogens to the environment.
Picking up poop protects your four legged companion and those of others. It is being health conscience and neighborly.
A dog person always has several bags in their pocket. For themselves and for other dog people who forgot theirs.
