The sorta thing to wake to, see it, groan a bit, and cover up and stay in bed.🥱I was doing just that when the wife's phone alarm in the living room went off and continued ringing unattended until I couldn't take it anymore and had to stagger out to fetch it. 🫤Amazingly, the wife was able to sleep right through it. Until I took the ringing thing into her to turn the noisy thing off.But, by then, I relented to being up to start <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/myday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#myday</a>. So... Welp, I'm up. The coffee is calling now, too. So, I suppose <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/myday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#myday</a> has started, whether I like it or not. 😏I sure do hope your start this morning was much more pleasant, and you're really ready to face the day today. 💪🖖

I'm finally home from my visit with the cardiologist <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/today" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#today</a>. It's kinda a surprise to me, but the guy checked me over, scheduled tests down the road to see why my ticker is still ticking, and let me go home. 😯Now, it's some needed sitting n sipping time, then makeup napping before dinner fixin. 🥱It's rained all day here. So no "weed trimming Tuesday" or terrible tub&tile tasks to be forced to tackle. So, I suppose <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/myday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#myday</a> has turned out to be a decent day overall today. 👍😊Hope y'all can claim the same. 👍🖖

A mild 66deg start to my rainy morning. It's supposed to stay kinda cool in the loe to mid 70s <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/today" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#today</a> thanks to the continuing raining all day. It has been raining genlty all night with little breeze to blow it around. So I got to leave the windows open all night in search of freshly washed air cleaned of dusty smelly stuff. It seems to have worked. 👍So, here I sit and sip in the cool breeze flowing through my window this morning, thinking about the day ahead. 🤔I'm off to visit my cardiologist today. Gotta get his opinion on why my heart is still pumping. So, if ya don't hear from me in a while, ya will know he looked n saw and kept me or something for something. 🫤Welp. Off to coffee sipping and rain watching. Uncle Harvey2:16 PM — I've been sitting here n sipping <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/myday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#myday</a> away and been lookin out at the kinda sunny day and thinking how, all late Fall, Winter and early Springtime, I waiting n craving some time to sit in the sun.🤔But now that it's here in full blooming 🤧 and high heating, 🥵 I would just prefer to sit n sip and see it from my comfy seat through the window in the much cooler n comfortable "weather" in the house. 💪Don't know if this is a sad state of affairs or prudent postponement on my part. 🤔I suppose more sitting n sipping and pondering is in order <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/today" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#today</a>. 🧉😊As a transplant from the "Great White North" of Upper Central NY, How I DO hate summertime in the South. 🫤

So, even with the windows open in search of cool air, there wasn't much out there to help cool off the place. With no wind to help the flow, it stayed pretty warm n not so coxy at 75deg in here. 😏Today is gonna by another hot one in the high 80s again <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/today" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#today</a>. But at least it's expected to stay cloudy to keep the sun from roasting anyone willing to step out and face it today. So, I guess it's about that time to take up the ol summer window strategy of closing up tight, with the curtains closed, to the daily overheating and opening at dusk to collect the fresh n cooler nights for comfortably sleeping. 💪 Hopefully, the humidity will help out for a while. 🤞And the pollen 🤧. Not much planned to happen here <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/today" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#today</a>. The rib still hollers when twisted too wrongly. So, I'm gonna be paying attention to its wishes n not moving a lot. At least that's the hint this super stiff n achy body is indicating this morning. 🥴I suppose putting it through it's paces the last few days, has earned it a day of sitting n sipping, uninterrupted with any outside in the sunshine doins and keeping my efforts to the normal Thursday gotta-do's and musta-do's.👍It gonna be a summer like day in the 80s anyway. Roni LaukkarinenI've been through so many traumatic events in my life that I can't even put them into words. 2020 was a dream year compared to 2023 and 2024. This year has been one of recovery in many ways.A telling example is that this week, from Monday to Friday, was nearly perfect. I felt fine, and current events are going well, considering the circumstances. But on Friday, when I finally got off work and was supposed to relax, I fell into a deep mental pit. At 3am, I woke up in the midst of a pretty bad panic attack. My autonomic nervous system was in a state of shock.Today, I feel somewhat baffled by all this. I know I can cope - and I will thrive. This too shall pass; it will just take time, perhaps months or years. They are getting pretty big n antsy to get growing. I'm up n off to a bright n sunny start to my <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/Slackerday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Slackerday</a> this Saturday. 🌞It's a relatively cool 69deg starting <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/myday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#myday</a> and one more promised n predicted day in the high 80s before rain and much cooler and more normal Spring wearher returns.🤞So, one more day of Bubba bare belly basking in the heat <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/today" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#today</a> as my old body tries the adjust to it all for the summer weather soon returning. 😰I'm not sure what all that means for <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/myday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#myday</a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/today" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#today</a>. More sitting n sipping and soaking in some of this morning sunshine to start it off for sure. ☕️👌Otherwise, the slacking off n procrastinating of this <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/Slackerday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Slackerday</a> will unfold much on its own. 👍😁Y'all have a pleasant day doin' little to nothin today.
