M is right at her goal weight but is likely going to be fasting all day today to stay there for the 4pm weigh ins. I officially hate this sport and its obsession with data on a fucking scale. Dr. Ferrous 🧁This weekend is the first wrestling tournament. M was complaining of a sore throat yesterday and said it was worse this morning. COVID test was negative, so she went to school, but I suspect she’s fighting something. Also, we learned there’s no weight allowance for the tournament, so even though she qualified for one weight, she’ll probably have to compete in the next higher one because of stupid rules. I really hate this part of wrestling.
