Hari Tulsidas<p>Tokyo, Japan, is the city that emits the most carbon dioxide in the world. According to a new study, Tokyo’s emissions in 2014 were 70.13 million tons of CO2 equivalent, mostly from grid-supplied energy produced outside the city boundary.
