zakatak<p>One of the things I thought a <a href="https://kzoo.to/tags/3dPrinter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>3dPrinter</span></a> would be good for was printing a replacement piece for a marmot tent that I have. Turns out I also needed to figure out <a href="https://kzoo.to/tags/3dModeling" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>3dModeling</span></a> to generate the file.</p><p>About to make my fifth revision to the broken piece I have, but it seems like this might be the final revision for me, aka "Good Enough".</p><p>And now I"m considering setting up a <a href="https://kzoo.to/tags/manyfold" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>manyfold</span></a> server as a model repository.</p>
DocYeet :verified:<p>Question of the day, I have <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/mastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>mastodon</span></a> hosted on my halis.io domain, same for my <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/synapse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>synapse</span></a> instance, and it works without issues because one uses <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/activitypub" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>activitypub</span></a> and the other <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/matrix" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>matrix</span></a> </p><p>But, if I setup a <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/manyfold" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>manyfold</span></a> instance on the same domain, as in without subdomain, it shouldn’t work, right ?</p><p>Would there be a way to converge both manyfold and mastodon under the same base domain ? Or do I have to use a subdomain for one ?</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/homelab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>homelab</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/selfhost" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>selfhost</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/Fediverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Fediverse</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/decentralization" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>decentralization</span></a></p>
DocYeet :verified:<p>Also, if anyone is interested, I am dipping my toes heavily in federated networks, so if you want to interact over on <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/matrix" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>matrix</span></a>, feel free :)<br>Link is in my bio<br>Soon to come, playing with a federated <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/gitea" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>gitea</span></a>, <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/manyfold" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>manyfold</span></a>, <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/lemmy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>lemmy</span></a> and more, so stay tuned !</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/homelab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>homelab</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/federated" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>federated</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.halis.io/tags/selfhosting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>selfhosting</span></a></p>
