So my #MacMini stand now also has an integrated SSD #CardboardBox #Handicrafts

I am getting to the point where I am simply using #macOS, signed into my #iCloud account, to make my 2011 #MacBook #Air a second screen for my #MacMini.

Is there any #Linux code available yet to support that? If #Apple is blocking it, the @EUCommission has just made it a legal requirement (under the #DMA) they enable it this year!

I now have an extremely minimal #Dock and have switched off all #iCloud services.

I am still logged in to my #AppleAccount, but cannot extend the screen to my #MacMini, even though everything looks like that should work. Any ideas?

I just tried out CALL OF DUTY: WARZONE on my little #macmini using Geforce Now game streaming. What can I say? It runs flawlessly using an XBox Gamepad ...

I put some of my 86Box VMs onto my M2 Mac mini to checkout "MacBox" and the emulation performance of that little guy. Turns out, it runs without issues.

I remembered owning a #steam license of the game "The Elder Scrolls Online" so I reactivated the game and the account.

My poor little #apple #macmini i7 doesn't have any graphics capability but the game runs in 1080p barely well to test it again. Mouse and keyboard only, it seems. Tomorrow I will try to run it via #nvidia #geforcenow and I think the game may look a lot prettier then ... ;-)

@jsnell did you ever decide on replacing the m1 studio? Im on the fence of the m4pro mini vs the base m4 max stdio. Sure i could get a 48gb ram but you are basically at or over the studio price with less ports/cooling etc. Most are overkill for my needs but i plan to have this at least 5 years so it seems that even though base studio is 36gb ram bumping it up to to 48 requires a chip bump too. Work machine is m2max MacBook and i definitely dont want anything for personal that i would notice a slowdown. #macmini #macstudio #m4pro #m4max
