Seite (Bestellung prüfen) steht, dass der Rabatt für 3 Monate gilt! </p><p>Starke Nummer! Dass der Rabatt auf 3 Monate begrenzt ist steht also im quasi letzten Schritt der Bestellung zum ersten und einzigen Mal?! <br>Ist das erlaubt? </p><p>Ich habe meinen Unmut mal kund getan und überlege, ob und wo man so etwas melden kann. Miese Nummer!</p><p>Mir geht's um die Intransparenz! Die Software ist sicher auch 19,90/mon. wert. Dennoch frech</p>
nSonic<p>Gesten lobe ich noch :D Heute bekomme ich von <a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/lexware" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>lexware</span></a> eine Rechnung für <a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/lexoffice" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>lexoffice</span></a> auf der - ohne Angabe von Gründen - die 50% nicht abgezogen wurden… also plötzlich 19,90 statt 9,95 Euro zzgl. Mwst 🤔</p><p>Nun - bei Abschluss war nirgends ein Sternchen / Beschränkung auf wenige Monate etc.<br>Ich habe mal auf die E-Mail geantwortet und gefragt… mal schauen was passiert 🤷‍♂️</p>
