Besonders seitens gewisser "Dienstleister" und "Hersteller" angesichts derer internen #IT halte ich es für gemeingefährlich naiv zu glauben, dass diese sicher ist.

• Und dafür braucht es keine große #Spionage, #OSINT auf Basis von #Stellenanzeigen bei @bwi, @itzbund, #Bundesdruckerei / #xecuro & Co. reicht vollkommen aus.

Ich meine, es wäre kriminell naiv anzunehmen dass jene #Govware die dort eingesetzt wird kein #Killswitch integriert hat, selbst wenn wir glauben dass weder #Russland noch die #USA oder sonstwer sich nicht bereits #Zugang verschafft oder #Personal angeworben hat, weil #TVöD-Bund ist halt ne Beleidigung im Vergleich zur (legalen!) Privatwirtschaft!

Only if you drive a vehicle that is connected to the internet (which all teslas are) with upgradable software for motivity (Teslas are fully dependent on software for all functions). There is a price to pay for purchasing an EV or indeed and ICEV similarly connected and dependent that is rarely talked about and the dependency correlates with IoT roll-out in all manner of consumer products.

You wake one morning and find your coffee machine and toasters disabled by a govt agency because you failed to pay a fine. Your fridge won’t open. Your water and energy supplies are shut off, your tv non functional, and you can’t even get your electric bicycle out of the garage because it’s too heavy without assist and the garage door won’t open. At night, none of your lights come on and your front door is permanently unlocked. All the while installed security cameras, the cameras on your disabled mobile, iPad and PC are used to keep an eye on you. Total dystopia within the realm of current technology. We should all be afraid.

That’s where dark thoughts take you. Better to make informed decisions about what you purchase and question the need to purchase it. Above all, Vote well informed.

• Und jetzt solte auch,allen klar sein.warum #Israel seit den 1970ern.drauf besteht, alle #Waffensysteme und #Flugzeuge mit 100% heimischer #Steuertechnik wie #Avionik auszurüsten, um solche #Killswitch|es zu verhindern!

• Viel schlimmer ist allerdings die Masse an #GAFAM-#Govware und #Cyberfaschismus-#Gesetze wie #CloudAct welche z.B. #Microsoft dazu verpflichten kann, #Windows-Systeme per #Update aus der Ferne zu bricken!

@starlabssystems The switch is positioned closer to the wifi logo, indicating it is on. But it is also red, indicating it is off...unless the user has certain kinds of color blindness, and then it's on.

This switch is killing me.
