I support and work on many different things, so I was thinking about not using it in the traditional Kanban method but rather lists of things all on one screen. Like a column header could be "SupportGroupA" then use that column for the things I do for that group. This actually kind of works until you go to archive the task. At that point you lose the context of what it was for because the header isn't listed with the task.&nbsp; I… <a href="https://techlifeweb.com/blog/2024/12/2024-12-04-post-085933/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">techlifeweb.com/blog/2024/12/2</span><span class="invisible">024-12-04-post-085933/</span></a></p>
Alex Markley :mbetv:<p>Over here, we're celebrating that <strong>we just closed our 100th agile sprint!</strong> 🎉🥳</p><p>We started using kanban (and tracking sprints) all the way back in January of 2022. We had several comic cons coming up, which was super overwhelming. <strong>And</strong> I was still trying to figure out how to finish and release <u>The Depths of Despair.</u></p><p>Using kanban, paired with the additional structure + accountability around weekly sprints, allowed me to visualize and organize all that work, and allowed our little team to actually get everything done that needed to be done.</p><p>Since that time, we've had one sprint per week with just a few exceptions. So kudos to the team for achieving this incredible milestone!</p><p>I'm very much looking forward to our continued momentum and success throughout 2024 and beyond!</p><p><a href="https://blog.mbe.tv/tags/agile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>agile</span></a> <a href="https://blog.mbe.tv/tags/scrum" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>scrum</span></a> <a href="https://blog.mbe.tv/tags/kanban" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>kanban</span></a> <a href="https://blog.mbe.tv/tags/creative" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>creative</span></a> <a href="https://blog.mbe.tv/tags/smallbusiness" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>smallbusiness</span></a></p>

Sen<p>Completed the <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Agile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Agile</span></a> class. Some takeaways:</p><p>The species it covered were <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Scrum" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Scrum</span></a>, <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Kanban" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Kanban</span></a>, and "Scrumban". Of the former two, I now know enough re: Scrum to work under it. Kanban otoh seems to be a model I could follow as a solitary dev.</p><p>I'm planning on having clients who expect to be on the customer end of Agile. Finding a species of it I can follow was my primary goal in taking the class.</p><p>(Also my existing workflow could do with some professionalism.)</p>
Charlotte Walker<p>I have a peaceful day tomorrow, couple of deep work sessions in the morning, then my weekly <a href="https://beige.party/tags/kanban" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>kanban</span></a> progress group and that’s about it. I’ve loved being at the virtual conference but I’m ready to do something quieter now</p>
