I typically conduct my recruiter screens via phone connected to AirPods Pro.I take a lot of notes during the <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/interview" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#interview</a> and have a mechanical keyboard MX browns (mechs are easier for me to type on due to my own physical health issues).
