My suspension was completely unexplained. Vera BrightfeatherI completely forgot to make an introduction post. Whoops! Hai hai, I'm Vera (pronounced, "FAE-ruh") - I'm an aspiring writer and artist. I am a fan of speculative fiction (although I hold very strong opinions on what I like and dislike from the genre), story-based comics, art - dragons, gryphons, furries in general, and landscape art in particular are massive interests! I also LOVE orchestral music - I write it from time to time, when I have the hardware for it. I am a transfem woman who just recently decided to crawl out of her shell, so I'm having fun still learning to navigate all of that. I am the also the Big Ghey - so expect a LOT of art of ladies to show up in my timeline! Eventually, once I get to the point of actually drawing figures, I will probably be drawing a lot of women of all flavors - Original, Gynomorph, Transfem, Non-binary, etc! Among other things, I plan to do a daily post with my artistic progression work for the day. I am currently in the "draw a bunch of circles" phase, so expect to see a LOT of basic shapes for the next little while until I feel confident in my accuracy, technique, and consistency. I am using Krita as my art program, and I am using a Gaomon MK10 Pro for my drawing tablet. In any case, it's good to meet you! ❄ SnowWrite ❄After nearly 16 years on the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/birdsite" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#birdsite</a> the daily habit is so tough to break. I am absolutely LOVING it here after nearly six weeks - had I known what it was like on the fediverse I would have left the other site years ago.
