It's all possible thanks to some clever <a class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" href="https://hollo.social/tags/ActivityPub" target="_blank">#<span>ActivityPub</span></a> implementation using UUID-based actor URIs instead of username-based ones.
