As science and human decency circles the drain in USA, I realize I was born at a high time in history and I will likely die in what is obviously a time of decline. All around the signs are clear and I don't want to believe it, but its here.

In my usual way, I look for ways to cope with change that is out of my control.

1. Don't take it personally.
2. Find the beauty around me.
3. Don't make it worse.
4. Thoughts and feelings come and go, let them.
5. Stick to a self care routine.
6. Grieve properly, feel deeply, release.
7. Be kind, everyone is hurting.

I remind myself, the Roman Empire fell and yet Rome remains as a beautiful vibrant city. Future USA might be Wonderful.

Saying “𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖” is an essential yet often 𝒏𝒆𝒈𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍 that can strengthen personal relationships and improve workplace environments. Let’s explore how to make our “thank yous” more meaningful, both in our interactions with loved ones and our colleagues.

trust the unraveling. some doors are closing because you were never meant to stay. in your interactions, choose softness over force. it has the power to open doors that strength alone cannot. some may close, and that's okay. trust that they weren't meant for you, and others, more aligned with your journey, will open. old ways won’t open new doors.

"I don’t think I was a terrible coworker because I learned to still remain polite and professional. But, now that I look back, I always found a way to split up work where I could be left to my devices on some parts of the projects while letting others own their bits and keep the two isolated."
