Nathan Dyer<p>Just played through DOGWALK, the Creative Commons-licensed game that was made by Blender Studio and created using Blender and Godot.</p><p>It’s absolutely, remarkably gorgeous! And plays great on my <a href="https://social.nathandyer.me/tags/framework" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>framework</span></a> 13 at native resolution with controller/rumble support. BRODUCE<p>Now when you’re playing BRODUCE, you will see the characters spring to life! As you and your opponent’s cards battle, the art will pop off of the card and onto the screen. ActualCannibalPanda<p>Enemy object has just been growing more and more which I find fun to look in on, when it eventually gets some proper geometry and animations I can only imagine how large it will get. Armoured Wizard<p>Manufacturing!<br>Blacksmith goes to Stockpile, collects RawMaterial (Iron), back home, makes a Finished Good(Tool), and delivers to Stockpile and collects more Iron.</p><p>Took a bit of tweaking, but should now work for any Processing of goods.</p><p>Code is getting a bit messy. Chris Ammerman<p>Windows file system case-insensitivity + Godot + Git = huge effing headache.</p><p>You're working on a game in Godot and you live on Windows. Want to rename a file or folder name in your Godot project just to change the case of some letters? No other machine will receive those changes unless they wipe the local repo and clone again. Because as far as Windows is concerned, there was no change. floralvikings<p>This blue-dressed is of the second variety you can unlock in <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/RulerOfRoguemount" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>RulerOfRoguemount</span></a> and they're a fair bit more interesting than the Peasants you'll have been working with before!</p><p>They're called "Journeymen" and unlike Peasants they work for themselves, not the Ruler. Instead of depositing the resources they gather, they look for shops willing to buy them and exchange them for gold.
